Raphaël Navot created the Nativ collection for Roche Bobois with an emphasis on natural and familiar shapes. He wanted to use noble materials and craftsmanship to create a dialogue between culture and nature, between man-made and organic forms.

In 2020, Roche Bobois celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Mah Jong sofa. An opportunity to go over the story of a design icon in constant evolution. In collaboration with the greatest fashion designers, it has travelled through different times and styles.

A symbol of the 1970s hippie trail, the Mah Jong infuses conventional living rooms with a sense of freedom. Dressed by renowned designers, its hand-stitched cushions can be arranged in multiple positions for all possible uses, reflecting the enthusiasm and vitality of the era from which it hails.
